Originally based in London, and fortunate to achieve a place at a prestigious London private secondary school, and then complete a Masters in Biochemistry at Oxford University, I became increasingly sceptical in my later years of academia about how the education system is currently structured, taught and the end point of it all!

Instead of encouraging the real-world applications of learning, demonstrating effective techniques in HOW to learn, ensuring knowledge learned relates to marks awarded, and providing students with a mental toolbox to boost their determination, grit and pursuits of their ambitions and dreams, the education system seems to emphasise a standardised style of rote-learning. ✍

Due to this, and a passion for helping others, I have now been an educational consultant for over 5 years, and over this time have provided 3000+ hours of support, from small state schools in Wales to private schools such as Eton to students who are preparing for 11+, 13+, GCSE and A Level/IB examinations in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. Through of all of these, I have seen and heard first-hand of the many ways students have upsettingly been let down by their schools, and methods of revision, particularly neurodivergent students.

As well as support in the Sciences and Maths, utilising my own experiences and knowledge of the academic system I have provided students with the tools to best prepare them for University admissions, including at the prestigious Oxford and Cambridge, and make their offers in their exams, and pursue their dream careers. 🎓
